The BevLes Company PICA44-16-A-1L1 Proofing Cabinet is a versatile mobile half-height unit designed specifically for the needs of bakeries and food service operations focusing on donuts and similar products. This non-insulated proofer is equipped with a left-hand hinged clear Lexan® door, providing easy visibility and access. It features a digital thermostat with a variable humidity control system and an LED display, allowing for precise temperature management within a range of 60°F to 120°F. The cabinet includes adjustable aluminum pan supports set on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to eight 18" x 26" pans, sixteen 12" x 20" pans, or eight 23" x 23" donut screens. The removable heating module and 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover enhance its functionality and maintenance. Mobility is ensured with 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for added safety. Constructed from durable aluminum, this proofing cabinet operates on 120v/60/1-ph, consuming 1400 watts and 13 amps, and is equipped with an 8' cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
