The BevLes Company PICA60-24INS-A-1R1 Proofing Cabinet (donut proofer) is a versatile, mobile unit with a 3/4 height design, making it a practical choice for commercial bakeries and foodservice establishments. This cabinet features an insulated top, back, and sides, enhancing its energy efficiency and temperature consistency. The single clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door allows easy monitoring of contents, while the digital thermostat and variable humidity control, displayed via an LED screen, offer precise environmental management with a temperature range of 60° to 120°F. The unit can accommodate up to 12 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 24 pans of 12" x 20", or alternatively, 12 donut screens of 23" x 23", thanks to adjustable aluminum pan supports spaced at 1-1/2" centers. Additional features include a removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with cover. The cabinet is mounted on 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates at 120v/60/1-ph, using 1400 watts and 13 amps, and is equipped with an 8' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cULus and NSF, this proofing cabinet meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
