The BevLes Company PICA70-32-A-1L1 Proofing Cabinet, also known as a donut proofer, is a mobile, full-height unit designed to meet the diverse needs of bakeries and food service operations. This non-insulated cabinet is equipped with a clear Lexan® left-hand hinged door, allowing for easy viewing and access. It features a digital thermostat with a temperature range of 60°F to 120°F, along with variable humidity control, ensuring optimal proofing conditions. The LED display provides clear, real-time information. Designed to accommodate various pan sizes, it includes adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers for (16) 18" x 26" pans, (32) 12" x 20" pans, or (16) 23" x 23" donut screens. The removable heating module and a 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover offer convenience and efficiency. This proofing cabinet is built with durable aluminum construction and comes with 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes, allowing for easy mobility. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph, drawing 1400 watts and 13 amps, with an 8' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
