It features non-insulated construction with three clear Lexan right-hand hinged split doors. The cabinet is equipped with a digital thermostat and variable humidity control, along with an LED display for precise temperature and moisture management, ranging from 60°F to 120°F. Its adjustable aluminum pan supports are set on 1-1/2" centers and can accommodate up to sixteen 23" x 32" or 23" x 23" donut screens, sixteen 18" x 26" trays, or thirty-two 12" x 20" pans. The removable heating module and a 5-quart cast water reservoir with a cover enhance the cabinet’s functionality. For mobility, it includes 5" swivel plate casters, with two featuring brakes for stability.
