The cabinet's interior is equipped with adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers, accommodating up to sixteen 18" x 26" or 23" x 23" donut screens, or thirty-two 12" x 20" pans, making it versatile for various baking operations. A removable heating module and a 5 qt. cast water reservoir with a cover ensure thorough steam distribution.
