Its digital thermostat and variable humidity control are complemented by an LED display, allowing precise environmental adjustments within a temperature range of 60°F to 120°F. The adjustable aluminum pan supports, set on 1-1/2" centers, can accommodate up to (16) 18" x 26" pans, (16) 23" x 23" donut screens, or (32) 12" x 20" pans, providing versatility for different baking needs. The inclusion of a removable heating module and a 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover enhances the unit's functionality. Designed for easy movement, it is fitted with 5" swivel plate casters, two of which come with brakes.
