The BevLes Company PICA70-32INS-A-4R1 Proofing Cabinet (donut proofer) is a full-height, mobile unit designed to meet the specialized needs of commercial kitchens and bakeries. Featuring an insulated top, back, and sides, this proofer is equipped with a clear Lexan® right-hand hinged door, offering transparency and easy access. Its digital thermostat and variable humidity control are complemented by an LED display, allowing precise environmental adjustments within a temperature range of 60°F to 120°F. The adjustable aluminum pan supports, set on 1-1/2" centers, can accommodate up to (16) 18" x 26" pans, (16) 23" x 23" donut screens, or (32) 12" x 20" pans, providing versatility for different baking needs. The inclusion of a removable heating module and a 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover enhances the unit's functionality. Designed for easy movement, it is fitted with 5" swivel plate casters, two of which come with brakes. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates at 208-230v/50/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1400 watts and a current draw of 7.5/6.8 amps. The unit is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring it meets safety and sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for professional environments.
