This mobile, full-height cabinet is designed with insulated top, back, and sides to ensure consistent temperature control, essential for achieving perfect dough proofing. It features dual clear Lexan® right-hand hinged doors, providing easy access and visibility. The digital thermostat and variable humidity control, complete with an LED display, allow precise adjustments within a 60° to 120°F temperature range. This cabinet accommodates up to sixteen 23" x 32" or 23" x 23" donut screens, sixteen 18" x 26" trays, or thirty-two 12" x 20" pans, thanks to its adjustable aluminum pan supports on 1-1/2" centers. The removable heating module and 5 qt. cast water reservoir with cover enhance usability and maintenance. Equipped with 5" swivel plate casters, including two with brakes, it offers smooth mobility and secure positioning.
