The Bizerba GSP H I 90 Manual Heavy Duty Illuminated Safety Slicer is a meticulously engineered device, perfect for industries requiring precision slicing. Featuring a 13" blade, this slicer incorporates 8-safety interlocks, ensuring operator safety and peace of mind. Its seamless anodized aluminum construction enhances durability while maintaining a sleek appearance. The slicer's high carriage design, with a 25-degree incline towards the operator and a 40-degree gravity feed, facilitates efficient slicing. A 3.5" wide thumb guard and a removable pusher-plate provide additional layers of safety and convenience. The slicer is equipped with a remote sharpener, complete with a spring-loaded dial for easy maintenance. Capable of slicing thicknesses from 0 to 0.94", it is powered by a 1/2 HP motor, operating on 120v/60/1-ph, drawing 3.5 amps with a power output of 0.4kW. The cord is fitted with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified for sanitation by ETL and adhering to UL-157 gasket and seal standards, it is also safety tested by DGUV and carries a cETLus mark.
