This slicer features a 13-inch cheese blade complemented by eight safety interlocks to ensure operator security. Its high carriage is designed with a 25-degree incline angle towards the operator, and a 40-degree angled gravity feed for efficient slicing operations. The slicer includes a 3.5-inch wide thumb guard and a removable pusher-plate for enhanced safety and ease of use. It is equipped with a remote sharpener featuring a spring-loaded dial and kaddy for blade maintenance. An integrated manual portion scale with a touch screen display allows for precise control over slice thickness, adjustable from 0 to 0.94 inches, and a weighing range between 0 - 6.6 lbs with a 2 g/0.005 lb digit interval. A 12-inch wide by 10.24-inch deep platter supports consistent output, while a food debris deflector maintains cleanliness. The unit also includes a manual side lifting device for convenience and is constructed from seamless anodized aluminum with rubber feet for stability.
