With six safety interlocks, it prioritizes operator safety, making it ideal for high-demand settings. The slicer's high carriage is designed with a 25-degree incline towards the operator, complemented by a 40-degree gravity feed, enhancing slicing efficiency. A 3.5-inch wide thumb guard is incorporated for additional safety. The slicer includes a removable pusher-plate and a remote sharpener equipped with a spring-loaded dial, allowing for precise slice thickness adjustment from 0 to 0.94 inches.
