Featuring a 13-inch blade with chromium coating and a formidable 60-62 Rockwell hardness at its tip, this slicer excels in efficient, robust slicing tasks. It incorporates a food tray, a full product fence, and a full product deflector with a magnetic lock, ensuring both safety and ease of use. The rear-mounted meat-grip with a removable remnant holder is supported by a heavy-weighted lift-arm, providing stability during slicing. It operates at a 40-degree gravity feed with three speeds and three strokes, and includes a manual mode with servo assist. This slicer also boasts six safety interlocks and a 3.5-inch wide thumb guard alongside a side lift-arm. Constructed with a seamless anodized aluminum base, gauge plate, and carriage, the Bizerba slicer is designed for longevity. Additional features include a remote sharpener with storage pan and adjustable slice thickness ranging from 0 to 0.94 inches. Powered by an Emotion variable speed motor at 120v/60/1-ph with 2.6 amps and 0.24kW, it includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P, and is ETL-Sanitation, UL-157, cETLus, and DGUV safety tested, with a school 2-year warranty on parts and labor.
