The Bizerba GSP HD I W-90-GCB "Semi-Automatic Heavy Duty Illuminated Safety Slicer" is a sophisticated slicer designed for precision and safety in demanding kitchen environments. It features a 13-inch grooved cheese blade optimized for smooth slicing, supported by eight safety interlocks that enhance operator protection. The slicer's high carriage with a 25-degree incline and a 40-degree angled gravity feed facilitate effortless slicing efficiency. Additional safety elements include a 3-1/2-inch wide thumb guard and a removable pusher plate for easy maintenance. For precision, the slicer comes with a remote sharpener with a spring-loaded dial & kaddy, and a manual integrated portion scale. The touch screen display offers ease of use, with adjustable slice thickness ranging from 0 to 0.94 inches (0 to 24 mm) and a weighing range from 0 to 6.6 pounds (0-3 kg), with 100% tare and a 2 g/0.005 lb digit interval. The product includes an auto alert for slice count and weight, a 12-inch wide by 10.24-inch deep platter, and a food debris deflector. Built with seamless anodized aluminum construction, rubber feet, and powered by a variable speed Emotion® motor (160-300 RPM), this slicer is robust and reliable, meeting high standards with ETL-Sanitation, UL-157 gaskets & seals, IP33, cETLus, and DGUV safety testing certifications.
