A remote sharpener with a spring-loaded dial and kaddy, along with an integrated manual portion scale, offers versatility and precision. The slicer allows for adjustable slice thickness from 0 to 0.94 inches (0 to 24mm), accommodating various slicing needs with a weighing range of 0 to 6.6 lb (0-3 kg) and a 2 g/0.005 lb digit interval. It includes an auto alert for slice count and weight. Constructed with seamless anodized aluminum, it incorporates a food debris deflector, low fence, and a manual side lifting device.
