The Bizerba VSI 330F DT-400 Vertical Slicing System Energy Saving Emotion™ Intelligent Drive Motor is an advanced slicing solution tailored for various industry needs. Featuring a maximum capability of 80 strokes per minute, it integrates an Emotion™ intelligent drive motor to optimize energy efficiency. The system includes a configurable touch display and digital slicing control, offering precise manipulation of slice thickness from 0.01 inch to 0.5 inch. Its design accommodates a product length of 15-3/4" (400mm) on the carriage, with options to shave, stack (up to a maximum height of 3.5 inches/90 mm), shingle, or create circular patterns. A 13" grooved vacuum release blade along with a shaving deflector enhances performance. The slicer holds an IP rating of IPx5, ensuring protection against water ingress during cleaning, which can be efficiently conducted using foam and hose. Mobility is facilitated by a mobile stand with locking wheels, and connectivity is supported as the unit is network ready. Additional features include a starter kit and a first-year SlicerGard™ Full Service Contract. The system operates on 120v/60/1-ph, drawing 5.8 amps, and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
