The Bizerba VSI 330F DT-W-400 Vertical Slicing System Energy Saving Emotion™ Intelligent Drive Motor is a state-of-the-art slicer designed to optimize performance and efficiency in various food service environments. This vertical slicer boasts an impressive maximum of 80 strokes per minute, supported by its innovative Emotion™ intelligent drive motor, which enhances energy efficiency. The unit features a configurable touch display and digital slicing control, offering precision with slice thickness adjustable between 0.01 inch to 0.5 inch. A depositing table and integrated portion scale ensure target weight accuracy, ranging from 50 to 2000 grams with a 1-gram precision. The slicer accommodates products up to 15-3/4 inches (400mm) in length and is capable of shaving, stacking up to 3.5 inches (90 mm), shingling, and forming circular patterns. The 13-inch grooved vacuum release blade and shaving deflector enhance slicing versatility. With an IP rating of IPx5, the system is designed for efficient cleaning using foam and hose. It includes a mobile stand with locking wheels for easy maneuverability and is network-ready for modern kitchen connectivity. Power requirements are 120v/60/1-ph, 5.8 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
