The Bizerba VSI 330F TC-400 Vertical Slicing System is a high-performance slicing solution, equipped with an energy-saving Emotion™ intelligent drive motor capable of a maximum of 80 strokes per minute. This state-of-the-art system includes a configurable touch display and digital slicing control, enabling precision and versatility. It features a transport conveyor with a 5-portion stainless steel mesh belt and offers slice thickness adjustments ranging from 0.01 inch to 0.5 inch. Its carriage accommodates products up to 15-3/4 inches (400mm) in length. The system is designed for varied slicing patterns including shaving, stacking up to a maximum height of 3.5 inches (90mm), shingling, and circular arrangements. A 13-inch grooved vacuum release blade and shaving deflector enhance performance. With an IPx5 rating, the system allows efficient cleaning using foam and hose techniques. The mobile stand with locking wheels and network-ready feature adds mobility and connectivity. The package comes with a starter kit and a first-year SlicerGard™ Full Service Contract. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, drawing 5.8 amps, and includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P.
