The Bizerba VSI 330F TC-W-400-3P Vertical Slicing System is a cutting-edge solution designed to meet the intricate demands of food processing industries, featuring the energy-saving Emotion™ intelligent drive motor capable of achieving a maximum of 80 strokes per minute. This system, tailored for precision and efficiency, includes a configurable touch display and digital slicing control for seamless operations. Equipped with an integrated portion scale, it ensures target weight control within a range of 50-2000g/1g, enhancing accuracy in portioning. Its transport conveyor and 3-portion stainless steel mesh belt facilitate smooth handling of products. The slice thickness can be finely adjusted from 0.01 inch to 0.5 inch, accommodating diverse slicing needs. With a product length carriage of 15-3/4 inches (400mm), it efficiently shaves, stacks up to 3.5 inches (90mm), shingles, and arranges slices in circular patterns using a 13-inch grooved vacuum release blade. The system is designed for easy maintenance, featuring a shaving deflector and IP rating of IPx5 for effective cleaning with foam and hose. Mobility is ensured with a mobile stand with locking wheels, and network readiness enhances connectivity. Additionally, the system comes with a starter kit and the first year of SlicerGard™ Full Service Contract.
