The Bizerba VSI 330F TC-W-400 Vertical Slicing System is a cutting-edge solution designed to enhance efficiency and precision in food processing environments. Equipped with an energy-saving Emotion™ intelligent drive motor, this system achieves a maximum of 80 strokes per minute, ensuring high-performance slicing. Its configurable touch display and digital slicing control offer seamless operation with a focus on precision. The integrated portion scale allows for target weight control in the range of 50-2000g with 1g increments, catering to diverse slicing needs. The transport conveyor and 5-portion stainless steel mesh belt optimize product handling, while the slice thickness can be finely adjusted between 0.01 inch and 0.5 inch. With a product carriage length of 15-3/4 inches (400mm), it efficiently handles varied slicing tasks such as shaving, stacking (up to 3.5 inches/90 mm in height), and creating circular patterns. The system features a 13-inch grooved vacuum release blade and shaving deflector, ensuring precise cuts. Rated IPx5 for water resistance, it supports efficient cleaning with foam and hose. The unit is mobile with a stand on locking wheels and is network-ready.
