This program mandates that startups be scheduled through an ASAP call at least five days in advance, ensuring proper preparation time. The startup must be completed before the equipment is used, and all necessary utilities and supporting equipment like hoods, drains, and fire protection systems must be fully operational. Failure to meet these prerequisites will result in charges for any unsuccessful service calls. The startup service is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing convenience and flexibility for diverse business operations. Travel for the startup covers up to 100 miles round trip from the ASAP facility, with any additional travel costs being the customer’s responsibility.
