With the capacity to accommodate either (14) 12" x 20" full-size hotel pans or (7) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans, this combi oven steamer is suited for large-scale food preparations. Featuring Steam-on-Demand technology, it allows operators to inject steam into the cooking chamber at any point during the cooking process, enhancing the versatility of cooking options. The Vario Steam® function, along with a core temperature probe, ensures precise cooking control. A 4-speed fan facilitates even heat distribution, providing consistent results. The oven comes with a Time to Delime indicator, promoting easy maintenance and longevity. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, top, and back, the unit is durable and easy to clean. The oven door is made of glass, offering clear visibility. It includes 13-position rack glides and comes with (7) wire shelves, complemented by a retractable hose reel for convenience. The floor stand with rack supports ensures stable positioning.
