Equipped with a four-speed auto-reversing fan motor with overload protection and (6) tubular heaters, the oven delivers consistent and efficient performance. The inclusion of a 4" fillet core probe with cook & hold and a USB connection enhances its functionality for precision cooking. Its side-mounted hand shower facilitates easy cleaning.
