The Blodgett HVH-100G ADDL_LP HydroVection™ Oven With Helix Technology is a full-size gas oven designed for professional kitchens requiring high performance and flexibility. Featuring a capacity for five 18" x 26" pans, this oven combines innovation with practicality. Its unique Helix Technology facilitates superior cooking results, enhanced by a four-speed auto-reversing fan motor with overload protection for consistent airflow. The oven is equipped with three inshot burners and uses direct spark ignition for efficient operation. Its One Touch 7" touchscreen control simplifies the cooking process, while the 4" fillet core probe with cook and hold functionality ensures precision cooking. The interior is crafted from 304 stainless steel, offering superior insulation and durability, while the exterior boasts stainless steel on the front, top, sides, and back for a sleek, robust finish. The black glass doors and two halogen lamps provide visibility and style. For added convenience, the unit includes a side-mounted hand shower and stainless steel racks with ten positions.
