The Blodgett HVH-100G BASE_LP HydroVection™ Oven With Helix Technology is a gas-powered, full-size oven designed to accommodate a capacity of five 18" x 26" pans, making it versatile for various culinary applications. It features black glass doors and is illuminated with two halogen lamps for enhanced visibility. The oven is equipped with five stainless steel racks and offers ten rack positions, providing flexibility for different cooking needs. Its cavity vent and One Touch 7" touchscreen control facilitate precise temperature management. The oven is powered by a four-speed auto-reversing fan motor with overload protection, supported by three inshot burners and direct spark ignition for efficient operation. Additional features include a 4" fillet core probe with cook and hold functionality, and a side-mounted hand shower for convenience. The interior is lined with 304 stainless steel for superior insulation, and the exterior is constructed from stainless steel on the front, top, sides, and back, ensuring durability.
