With a compact 27-1/2" width and a 7.0 cu. ft. capacity, it is designed to optimize space while delivering reliable performance. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates between 33°F and 39°F, ensuring ingredients are kept fresh and ready for use. This unit accommodates (9) 1/6 size pans and (3) 1/9 size pans, all included, providing versatile storage options for various food preparation needs. Its single self-closing swing door ensures quick access, while the adjustable wire shelf offers additional storage flexibility. A 9-1/2" cutting board is attached with a side rail bracket for convenient food preparation. The insulated pan cover, with a stainless steel divider, maintains consistent temperatures. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, this prep table is both durable and easy to clean. Equipped with (4) 4" swivel casters, including (2) with brakes, it is easily maneuverable.
