The Blue Air BLMT48-D4-HC Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table, two-section, 48-3/8"W, is a well-engineered solution for efficient food preparation within the food service industry. This unit boasts a 13.1 cu. ft. capacity and is equipped with a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant to ensure energy-efficient cooling. The prep table can accommodate up to 18 1/6 size pans, which are included, maximizing ingredient organization. Featuring four drawers and a 9-1/2" cutting board, it offers ample space for various prep tasks. The side rail cutting board bracket adds versatility to its functionality. With an operational temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, the system ensures optimal storage conditions for perishables. The insulated pan cover, complete with a stainless steel divider, maintains temperature consistency. For ease of operation, it includes self-diagnostic digital controls and a monitor system. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the unit promises durability and ease of cleaning. It is mounted on four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked, ensuring mobility and stability.
