It features rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration, maintaining a consistent temperature range of 33°F to 39°F. The table accommodates up to 30 1/6 size pans, making it ideal for diverse ingredient organization. Equipped with three self-closing swing doors and three adjustable wire shelves, it provides convenient access and customizable storage options. The 9-1/2 inch cutting board, supported by a side rail cutting board bracket, facilitates seamless food preparation. An insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider ensures temperature integrity for stored ingredients. Constructed with durable stainless steel both inside and out, the unit promises lasting durability. Mobility is enhanced by four 4-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability.
