The table is designed to accommodate six 1/6 size pans and two 1/9 size pans, all included, supported by its insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider for optimal temperature maintenance ranging from 33°F to 39°F. It includes two drawers and a 9-1/2 inch cutting board with a side rail cutting board bracket for added convenience. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior, complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom. Equipped with four 4-inch swivel casters, two of which are braked, it ensures mobility and stability within your workspace.
