The Cadco BLS-3HGD-1 Bakerlux™ GO Heavy-Duty Convection Oven Electric Single Half Size With Stand is a highly efficient oven designed to support various culinary needs. This electric convection oven includes three shelves and a 1.6 cu.ft. interior, accommodating three half-size sheet pans (not included). Featuring digital touch controls, it offers precise time and temperature regulation ranging from 175-500°F. The oven supports up to three baking steps and can save up to 99 programs, with 12 of these designated as "Quick Access" for expedited use. Safety is enhanced with an auto shut-off function that activates when the door is opened. The unit is equipped with one automatically reversible fan and a single fan speed, supported by an extra-large motor for optimal performance. Additional features include an interior LED light and a top-opening double wall cool-touch glass door, ensuring both visibility and safety during operation. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the oven operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, consuming 1440 watts and 12.0 amps.
