The Cadco BLS-3HLD-2 Bakerlux™ LED Heavy-Duty Convection Oven is an electric, double stack half size model complete with a stand, making it an excellent option for commercial kitchens that require versatile and robust baking solutions. Each oven is equipped with three shelves, offering a total capacity of 3.2 cubic feet, and is designed to hold three half-size sheet pans, although these are not included. The oven features user-friendly digital touch controls that allow precise adjustments for time, temperature, and humidity, with a range of 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes a 10-hour timer or continuous operation setting and accommodates three baking steps. A standout feature is its ability to save up to 99 programs, including 12 "Quick Access" programs for ease of use. Safety is enhanced with an auto shut-off function when the door is opened. The oven is powered by an automatically reversible fan with two speed settings, illuminated by an interior LED light, and constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel. Its top-opening double wall cool-touch glass door and included electro valve for direct water connection underscore its practical design. This ENERGY STAR® certified oven meets NSF, MET, UL, and CSA standards, running on 208-240v/60/1-ph with 3300 watts and 14.0 amps, and can operate an optional proofer.
