The Cadco BLS-3HTD-2 Bakerlux™ TOUCH Heavy-Duty Convection Oven is a versatile electric appliance designed for professional culinary environments, particularly suited for bakeries and restaurants. This double stack half-size oven, complete with a stand, features three shelves per oven, providing ample space for various baking needs with a 3.2 cubic foot interior. It accommodates three half-size sheet pans (not included) per oven. Equipped with advanced digital touch controls, it allows precise adjustments for time, temperature, and humidity, ranging from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven supports a 10-hour timer or continuous operation and can save up to 99 baking programs with a graphic control panel. The inclusion of USB programming and Wi-Fi facilitates data-driven cooking. An automatically reversible fan with two speeds and an auto fan and heat shut-off feature enhances efficiency and safety. Built with heavy-duty stainless steel, the oven includes a top-opening double wall cool-touch glass door and an interior LED light for user convenience. It operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph, consuming 3300 watts and 14.0 amps. The oven is NSF and MET to UL and CSA standards certified, ENERGY STAR® rated, and offers the option to run a proofer with an included electro valve for a direct water connection.
