Each oven in the stack features three shelves and boasts a 3.2 cubic feet interior, accommodating up to three half-size sheet pans, although these pans are not included. It is equipped with advanced digital touch controls that regulate time, temperature, and humidity from 175-500°F, and offers a 10-hour timer with a continuous-on option. The oven's control panel can save up to 99 programs, and its USB and Wi-Fi capabilities enable data-driven cooking. Designed for efficiency and safety, it shuts off the fan and heat automatically when the door is opened. The unit features an automatically reversible fan with two speed settings and an interior LED light to enhance visibility. Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel, it includes a top-opening double-wall cool-touch glass door and an electro valve for direct water connection. With a power requirement of 208-240 volts, it operates at 3300 watts and 14.0 amps, adhering to NSF, MET to UL & CSA standards, and is ENERGY STAR® certified.
