The Cadco BLS-4FLD-2 Bakerlux™ LED Heavy-Duty Convection Oven is an advanced electric double stack full-size unit with a durable stand, designed to meet the demands of professional kitchens. Each oven features four shelves and an 8-cubic-foot interior capacity, accommodating four full-size sheet pans, although pans are not included. The digital touch controls provide precise management of time, temperature, and humidity, with a range of 175-500°F and a versatile 10-hour timer or continuous operation. The oven supports three baking steps and can store up to 99 programs, including 12 "Quick Access" settings. It boasts two automatically reversible fans with dual speeds and an interior LED light for enhanced visibility. The extra-large motor and top-opening double-wall cool-touch glass door, along with an electro valve for direct water connection, underscore its heavy-duty stainless steel construction. Operating on two 208-240v/60/1-ph connections with 7600 watts and 32.0 amps, the unit includes a NEMA 6-50P plug and meets NSF, MET to UL, and CSA standards while being ENERGY STAR® qualified. The Cadco BLS-4FLD-2 can also run an optional proofer, making it a versatile and robust choice for different market segments in the baking and food service industries.
