The Cadco BLS-4FTD-1H Bakerlux™ TOUCH Heavy-Duty Convection Oven is a state-of-the-art electric appliance designed to meet the demanding needs of professional kitchens. This single full-size unit includes a sturdy stand and a ventless hood, making it suitable for various commercial settings. Featuring a 4 cubic feet interior, it can accommodate up to four full-size sheet pans, allowing for high-volume baking in a compact space. The oven is equipped with digital touch controls that efficiently manage time, temperature, and humidity, with a temperature range of 175-500°F and a 10-hour timer or continuous operation for flexibility in cooking schedules. It boasts nine baking steps and the ability to save up to 99 programs using a graphic control panel, with the convenience of USB programming and Wi-Fi capabilities for data-driven cooking. The oven ensures safety and energy efficiency with an auto fan and heat shut-off feature when the door is open, and utilizes two automatically reversible fans with dual-speed settings for even heat distribution. Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel and featuring a top-opening double-wall cool-touch glass door, it is also ENERGY STAR® certified. This oven is powered by two 208-240v/60/1-ph supplies, drawing 7600 watts at 32.0 amps, and is NSF and MET to UL and CSA standards compliant.
