It features two ovens, each equipped with four shelves, accommodating four full-size sheet pans (not included) in its 8 cu.ft. interior. The unit operates within a temperature range of 175-500°F, allowing versatile cooking applications. Its digital touch controls facilitate precise management of time, temperature, and humidity, complemented by a 10-hour timer or continuous on setting. Users can program up to 99 cooking cycles, accessible via a graphic control panel with USB programming capability and Wi-Fi connectivity for data-driven cooking. The oven includes two automatically reversible fans with dual-speed settings to enhance cooking efficiency, while the auto fan and heat shut-off feature ensures safety when the door is opened. Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel, the Bakerlux™ TOUCH boasts an interior LED light and an extra-large motor. It features a top-opening double wall cool-touch glass door and an electro valve for direct water connection.
