The Cadco BLS-4FTR-1H Bakerlux TOUCH Heavy-Duty Convection Oven is an advanced electric convection oven featuring a full-size single unit design complete with a stand and ventless hood, ideal for a variety of commercial kitchens. This versatile oven accommodates four full-size sheet pans within its 4 cu.ft. interior, though pans are not included, and is equipped with four shelves for optimal organization. Designed with digital touch controls, it allows precise adjustments for time, temperature ranging from 175-500°F, and humidity, supporting up to 10-hour sessions or continuous use. The oven's sophisticated interface supports nine baking steps and can store up to 99 programs, enhanced by a graphic control panel and USB programming capability. With integrated Wi-Fi, this oven enables data-driven cooking, and safety is ensured with auto fan and heat shut-off when the door is opened. The design includes two automatically reversible fans with two speed options and features an interior LED light for visibility. Additional features include a side-opening double wall cool-touch glass door, an extra-large motor, and heavy-duty stainless steel construction. The unit is rated at 7600 watts, 32.0 amps, and compatible with NEMA 6-50P. It complies with NSF, MET to UL, and CSA standards, and holds an ENERGY STAR certification. An optional proofer can also be run with this unit.
