The Cadco BLS-4FTR-2H Bakerlux™ TOUCH Heavy-Duty Convection Oven is an advanced electric oven system designed for professional kitchens seeking high performance and efficiency. This double stack full-size oven, complete with a stand and ventless hood, boasts an 8 cubic feet interior capacity, accommodating (4) full-size sheet pans per oven. The ovens are equipped with digital touch controls that manage time, temperature, and humidity, allowing for precise cooking between 175 and 500 degrees F. Featuring a 10-hour timer and the ability to operate continuously, the oven supports (9) baking steps and can save up to (99) programs via a graphic control panel with USB programming capability. Enhanced with Wi-Fi and data-driven cooking, the system includes automatically reversible fans with (2) speeds and an auto fan and heat shut-off feature when the door opens. Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, the oven comprises an extra-large motor and a side-opening double-wall cool-touch glass door. It includes an electro valve for direct water connection and is powered by (3) 208-240v/60/1-ph, delivering 7600 watts and 32.0 amps. Certified by NSF and MET to UL & CSA standards, and ENERGY STAR® rated, it can optionally run a proofer, making it ideal for versatile culinary environments.
