The Cadco BLS-4HTD-2H Bakerlux-TOUCH Heavy-Duty Convection Oven is an advanced electric double stack half size oven, complete with a stand and ventless hood. Each oven comes equipped with four shelves, accommodating four 1/2 size sheet pans, offering a 4.2 cu.ft. interior capacity. The oven's digital touch controls allow precise management of time, temperature, and humidity settings, ranging from 175-500°F. It features a 10-hour timer or continuous operation option, and can execute up to nine baking steps. The innovative control panel supports the storage of up to 99 programs and offers USB programming capability along with Wi-Fi connectivity for data-driven cooking. The oven enhances safety and efficiency with an auto fan and heat shut-off when the door is opened. It includes one automatically reversible fan with two speed settings and an LED interior light. Constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel, the oven features a top-opening double wall cool-touch glass door for added safety. It includes an electro valve for direct water connection. The unit operates on 208-240v/60/1-ph, utilizing 7600 watts with 16.0 amps, and is fitted with a NEMA 6-20P plug. It meets NSF and MET to UL and CSA standards and is ENERGY STAR certified, with an option for a proofer.
