Featuring two halves sized ovens, each equipped with 4 shelves, this unit accommodates up to four 1/2 size sheet pans per oven, maximizing baking capacity with its 4.2 cu.ft. interior. The ovens operate within a temperature range of 175-500°F and offer flexible time management through a 10-hour timer or continuous operation option. With sophisticated digital touch controls, users can adjust time, temperature, and humidity seamlessly across 9 baking steps, and store up to 99 programs via a graphic control panel. The oven incorporates USB programming capabilities and Wi-Fi connectivity for data-driven cooking, enhancing its appeal to professional kitchens. Additional features include an auto fan and heat shut-off when the door is opened, dual-speed automatically reversible fan, and interior LED lighting. Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, the unit comes with a side-opening double wall cool-touch glass door, ensuring user safety.
