For serving flexibility, the cart comes with four 2-1/2" deep half-size steam pans and two 9.4 qt clear polycarbonate pans. The addition of two Cambro® #20PPD drain shelves and two clear Eastman Tritan copolyester rolltop lids with metal hinges enhances its utility. Safety and stability are ensured with casters, two of which have brakes and two with directional locks. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power of 600 watts and 5.0 amps, the cart is fitted with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is UL certified.
