It comes with six 2-1/2" deep half-size steam pans and two 9.4 qt clear polycarbonate pans, offering flexibility in meal presentation. Additionally, two Cambro® #20PPD drain shelves add functionality to the serving process. Constructed with durable stainless steel, the cart is equipped with clear Eastman Tritan copolyester rolltop lids with metal hinges for easy access and visibility. Designed for mobility, it features rubber bumpers and casters, with two casters having brakes and two with directional locks for stability during use. Operating on 120v/60/1-ph with 900 watts and 7.5 amps, it includes a NEMA 5-15P plug and is UL listed.
