The package features eight 4-inch deep half-size steam pans and two 9.4-quart clear polycarbonate pans, complemented by two Cambro® #20PPD drain shelves, ensuring a comprehensive serving solution. The four clear Eastman Tritan copolyester rolltop lids, with metal hinges, provide durability and ease of access. Constructed with robust stainless steel and enhanced with Purple (allergen-free color code) laminate panels, it aligns with food safety and allergen management standards. The inclusion of rubber bumpers and casters (two with brakes and two with directional locks) ensures mobility and stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power rating of 1.2kW and 10.0 amps, this unit is compatible with standard electrical setups via a NEMA 5-15P plug.
