Featuring a 0.7 cu ft. interior, it utilizes Tri-Heat technology - convection, conduction, and infrared with one infrared element - to ensure efficient and rapid cooking. Equipped with digital programmable controls, this oven allows users to save multiple cooking programs, enhancing convenience and efficiency in both commercial and home kitchens. The touch screen system facilitates easy operation and includes USB programming capability for seamless updates.
