It utilizes a cutting-edge Tri-Heat technology - combining convection, conduction, and an infrared element - to optimize cooking efficiency. This oven is equipped with digital programmable controls and a user-friendly touch screen system, allowing the storage of multiple cooking programs. Its USB programming capability enhances customization, making it a versatile tool for various market segments, from small cafes to large restaurants.
