This half-size convection oven boasts a capacity to accommodate four half-size sheet pans (not included) across four shelves. It caters to a wide temperature range of 175-500°F, providing flexibility for a variety of cooking requirements. The oven is equipped with digital touch controls that manage time, temperature, and humidity, featuring a 10-hour timer or continuous operation mode. An innovative aspect of this model is its ability to execute up to nine baking steps and save up to 99 baking programs, facilitated by a graphic control panel with USB and Wi-Fi capabilities. The oven is built with an interior LED light and an automatically reversible fan with two speeds, enhancing its operational efficiency. A built-in electro valve supports direct water connection, further augmenting its utility.
