The Cadco XAFT-04HS-TR Bakerlux™ TOUCH Heavy-Duty Convection Oven - electric countertop model - is engineered for demanding environments, accommodating up to four half-size sheet pans (pans not included) across its four shelves. Operating within a temperature range of 175-500°F, it features advanced digital touch controls for precise management of time, temperature, and humidity. Users benefit from a 10-hour timer or continuous operation mode, complemented by the ability to execute up to nine baking steps. The oven can save up to 99 programs, enhanced by a graphic control panel and connectivity options, including USB and Wi-Fi. Its interior LED light and automatically reversible fan with two speeds ensure even cooking results. Constructed with a heavy-duty stainless steel frame, this oven includes an electro valve for direct water connection, enhancing its versatility. The side-hinged glass door adds practicality. With power requirements of 208-240v/60/1-ph, 3800 watts, and 16.0 amps, it uses a NEMA 6-20P plug.
