The Cambro CMBH1826LC191 Camtherm® Hot Cart is an electric, low-profile, mobile unit designed for efficient food transport and service. Measuring 30-1/2" wide, 42" deep, and 42-3/8" high, it features a single door and can accommodate up to 11 full-size sheet pans, provided you install five additional rail sets. Alternatively, it can hold 12 food pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep, 8 pans at 4" deep, 6 pans at 6" deep, or 4 pans at 8" deep. This versatility is further enhanced by a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, ensuring precise thermal management. Constructed with an exterior of polyethylene in granite gray, the cart is robust and easy to maneuver, thanks to two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rear casters. User-friendly features include adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, molded-in handles and bumpers, and nylon door latches. A Celsius solar digital thermometer, serving top with vent, and menu clip add functional utility. The unit operates on 110 volts with a power consumption of 1035 watts and 9.1 amps, equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
