With its low-profile construction, this hot cart is adept at holding a variety of food pan sizes, including (11) 18 x 26 sheet pans (requiring five additional rail sets), (12) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep, (8) 12" x 20" x 4" deep, (6) 12" x 20" x 6" deep, or (4) 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. The unit features a temperature control dial, coupled with an on-off power switch, ensuring precise temperature management. It includes adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails and a Celsius solar digital thermometer for enhanced functionality. The molded-in handles and bumpers, coupled with nylon door latches, ensure safe and easy handling. Designed with a polyethylene exterior, the hot cart comes in a striking granite green color.
