The Cambro CMBH1826LC194 Camtherm® Hot Cart 30-1/2"W x 42"D x 42-3/8"H Electric is a versatile and reliable solution for food service operations requiring efficient heat preservation and transport. With a low-profile design and single-door access, this hot cart can accommodate up to 11 sheet pans of 18 x 26 inches, with additional rail sets required, or various configurations of food pans: (12) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep, (8) 12" x 20" x 4" deep, (6) 12" x 20" x 6" deep, or (4) 12" x 20" x 8" deep. It features a temperature control dial, an on-off power switch, and a Celsius solar digital thermometer for precise temperature management. Constructed with a durable polyethylene exterior, its molded-in handles and bumpers ensure easy maneuverability, complemented by (2) 6" front swivel casters with brakes and (2) 10" rear casters. The cart also includes adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, nylon door latches, a serving top with vent, and a menu clip. Operating on 110v/50/60/1-ph with a power output of 1035 watts and 9.1 amps, it meets NSF and ENERGY STAR® certifications and is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
