Furthermore, it holds a variety of food pan sizes: twelve 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans, eight 12" x 20" x 4" deep pans, six 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans, or four 12" x 20" x 8" deep pans, making it suitable for a range of catering needs. The cart features a temperature control dial and an on-off power switch, allowing precise heat management. Its adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails and a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer enhance operational efficiency. Designed with molded-in handles, bumpers, and nylon door latches, the cart ensures safety and ease of use. A built-in serving top, vent, and menu clip add to its utility.
