With dimensions of 30-1/2"W x 42"D x 42-3/8"H, this hot cart accommodates up to 11 full-size 18 X 26 sheet pans, requiring five additional rail sets for optimal use. It offers flexibility in holding various pan sizes, including twelve 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep food pans, eight 12" x 20" x 4" deep food pans, six 12" x 20" x 6" deep food pans, or four 12" x 20" x 8" deep food pans. A temperature control dial, paired with a Fahrenheit solar digital thermometer, ensures precise temperature management. This unit features a single door with nylon latches, adjustable chrome-plated steel slide rails, and a vented serving top complete with a menu clip. Constructed with a durable polyethylene exterior in granite green, it includes molded-in handles and bumpers for easy maneuverability. The cart is equipped with two 6" front swivel casters with brakes and two 10" rigid rear casters, enhancing mobility.
